AIA Contract Document B304™–2024 is a form inviting architects to submit the AIA Contract Document B305®–2021, Architect’s Qualification Statement. Requesters may use B304-2024 to provide initial project information in support of their request for the B305 form. The B304 allows requesters to provide general information about the project, the intended form of agreement, project delivery method, any prequalification conference associated with the request, submission requirements, and the architect selection process.
